In a charming traditional village, a 5-minute walk from the Gulf beaches and a 10-minute bike ride from the ocean beaches, this renovated house, accommodating 6 to 8 people, is ideal for a family or friends gathering. It features an entrance hall with a wardrobe, leading on one side to a large, fully equipped kitchen, and on the other to a living/dining room where you can gather around the wood-burning stove on winter evenings. A bathroom (shower and bathtub) with a separate toilet completes the ground floor.
The sleeping area is arranged as follows:

UPST FLOOR
- one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm)
- one bedroom with a single bed (90x200 cm) and an extra mattress
- one bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90x200 cm)
- a toilet with a washbasin. Outside, there's a garden with a terrace, barbecue, and griddle. The garage provides storage for strollers or bicycles.
Adult and children's bicycles are available.
Two reserved parking spaces are located on the street in front of the house.
Ideally situated: swimming on the Gulf coast (Kerners cove) or the ocean (Fogéo beach, Kerver, Saint Gildas), sailing clubs, numerous walking trails, a supermarket, and a village with all shops and a market are just 2 minutes away by car / 5 minutes by bike.
