There is also a bar/breakfast area with 3 stools. The living/dining room (fireplace not for use) opens onto the terrace. A few steps lead down to the living/kitchen area with a small refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, a sink, a two-burner induction hob, a microwave, a sofa bed, and a TV. This area can be accessed either via its own entrance with the external staircase leading to the garden or through the interior of the house.
