Description of the accommodation

The Grand Chêne gîte is located in a small housing estate, 8 km from the sea, between Nantes and St Nazaire (about 40 km). Independent, of new construction, it benefits from modern comfort.
Enclosed grounds of 400 m² with south/west terrace. Garage.
Single storey: spacious and bright living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with an adjoining private bathroom (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), separate WC and linen room.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player + cassettes, baby equipment (bed/chair/bathtub/deckchair).
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, aerothermal heating and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€).
