Description of the accommodation

15 minutes from the beaches and the old port of Pornic, Une Marmotte à la mer is an Ecogîte-certified gîte. It is located in an 18th century country stone farmhouse, on one level (access for people with reduced mobility), restored with healthy materials and sophisticated decoration. It is close to the owners' home (not overlooked) who are keen to preserve your privacy and independence.

The cottage is located in an enclosed park of 3500 m², with a private garden particularly full of flowers (palm trees, olive trees, wisteria, etc.) and terrace.
It has a living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with cathedral ceiling and beams (king-size bed 180x200 + one 90x190 bed), bathroom, separate WC.
