Just 15 minutes from the beaches and the old port of Pornic, Une Marmotte à la mer is an Ecogîte-certified gîte. It is located in an 18th-century farmhouse made of local stone, all on one level (accessible for people with reduced mobility), restored with healthy materials and tasteful decor. It is close to the owners' home (not overlooked), who are committed to preserving your privacy and independence.
The gîte is set in a 3,500 m² enclosed park, with a private garden filled with flowers (palm trees, olive trees, wisteria, etc.) and a terrace.
It features a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and beams (king-size bed 180x200 + a single bed 90x190), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Amenities included: 2 adult bikes, Wi-Fi, freezer, tumble dryer, complete baby equipment, radio, bioethanol fireplace, DVD player.
INCLUDED: Electricity, sheets (beds made upon arrival), and towels.
NOT INCLUDED: Solar/oil heating (€5/day from October 15th to May 15th), tourist tax.
Nearby organic farms, a lake with a beach and water ski lift are 10 minutes away, and Légendia Parc, a wildlife park with numerous shows, is 5 minutes away. The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility. No steps, entirely on one level from the parking lot, spacious layout, walk-in shower, king-size bedding.
Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm and check-out is no later than 10 am.
