Villa Es Mirador is located in Artà, Mallorca. This independent holiday rental property has air conditioning and can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool, it is a quiet rural area near Arta, Mallorca.
Within a radius of 10 to 15 km you can drive to a wide selection of beaches. Villa Es Mirador is a truly special property, located in the idyllic countryside of Arta, offering stunning rural views. The surrounding natural vegetation ensures that the villa offers its guests peace and total privacy.

The interior of this villa is elegant and spacious (measuring around 160 square metres) and has been beautifully finished making extensive use of wood and local stone, carefully blended with modern amenities and details.

The ground floor is spacious and open-plan, kitchen/dining room, living room/dining room.

The lounge is full of natural light (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only), WiFi Internet, DVD player and dining area.

The large and modern kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The kitchen features include a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.

Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds that share a family bathroom with a shower (as well as an additional toilet available on the same floor).

On the upper floor is the main bedroom (accessed through an imposing tiled staircase), and it is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning views of the countryside over the green forests. Cleaning service, bath towels, and hand towels are included.

In the exterior of the villa, there are spacious terraces furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas for outdoor dining and barbecues. There is a private swimming pool of generous dimensions with sun loungers, a true paradise for relaxing under the sun, enjoying a unique location and the green surroundings.

Villa Es Mirador can accommodate up to 6 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE OF CHARGE upon request).

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
