On the ground floor, you'll find a pleasant living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll have access to a relaxation/reading/working area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms, a four-person bedroom (four single beds, two of which can be joined to make a double), and a bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, and toilet). Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, a lounge area, sun loungers, a swing, and a jacuzzi (available from March 15th, for an additional fee and upon reservation). The enclosed grounds provide parking for four vehicles. In the garage, enjoy the foosball table and ping-pong table year-round. Heating and electricity are included within normal consumption limits (meter readings taken on arrival/departure from October to April) - firewood is provided for the fireplace. The beds will be made upon arrival. In a small, quiet village at the foot of the Champagne and Burgundy vineyards, 10 minutes from Chaource and Les Riceys, come and stay in this charming, tastefully decorated cottage, thoughtfully designed for holidays with family or friends. In the village, you'll have the opportunity to visit local producers: goat cheese, poultry farms, and foie gras.
