Description of the accommodation

Near Jublains (Gallo-Roman city), Mayenne (Castle and museum), Ste Suzanne (Medieval city and Small city of character) or the site of the caves of Saulges (Museum of Prehistory, climbing), the region of Aron is full of historical sites. You will not miss Fontaine Daniel (cradle of the Toiles de Mayenne). All these sites benefit from rich entertainment programs to discover the spaces in a different way, as well as shows and concerts.

Le Chaussis is a large house, with 5 bedrooms, full of charm, completely renovated in 2022, located in the heart of a one-hectare bocage park, adjoining a private lake of 7,000m² stocked regularly (tench, roach, carp, pike). Ideal for getting together with family or friends!!

You will appreciate the wooded park, the south-facing terrace with a view of the pond. To keep you busy, you have many games to share with adults and children: pétanque court - badminton - children's swing - shuffleboard - mölkky... and of course all the furniture you need to rest and take meals at outside: garden furniture - sun loungers - barbecue.

Shops: all shops in the center of Aron, 1.5km away. Mayenne town center is 5km away.

All around, many hikes. Access to the Mayenne towpath, the Vélo Francette (Normandy to La Rochelle) 5km away.
Water leisure base, May'N Loisirs at La Haie-Traversaine, 10km: Wibit inflatable water course, paddle, giant paddle, single-seater kayak and family kayak, pedal water, water pool, beach and swimming.
