Tile first floor with a kitchen area opening onto the living room/lounge, fireplace insert. Satellite TV (TNT). Shower room. Separate toilet. Second floor with laminate flooring: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Enclosed 30 m² terrace.
Unenclosed 40 m² courtyard with parking. Enclosed garage. For babies: crib, high chair, bathtub, and gates.
The owner accepts a maximum of 2 pets at no extra charge.
There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.
Auxois Animal Park and water park are 1 km away. Pont Lake is 10 km away: equipped beach, supervised swimming in summer, fishing. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal is 6 km away.
