On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining/living room (TV) offer direct access to the small, enclosed courtyard, not overlooked. There is a small garden, barbecue, garden furniture, and a lovely view of the meadows.

Upstairs, two separate sleeping areas. One includes a children's bedroom with a single bed, bathroom, and toilet, and a second bedroom (interconnecting rooms) with a 140x190cm bed.
The second sleeping area consists of two other interconnecting bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, which you pass through to access the fourth bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. Beautiful terracotta floor tiles.

All shops, restaurants. Entertainment and tours in summer.
History lovers should know that a major figure in French history, the young Prince of Navarre, future King Henry IV, took part in his first battle against the Catholics here.

Things to see and do: 1 km away, enjoy the Etang Fouché leisure center and its supervised beach in summer. From Arnay, you can also explore the Morvan Regional Natural Park, the tourist attractions of the regional capital Dijon, the gastronomic city of Saulieu, Fontenay Abbey, the vineyards of Beaune, or the Gallo-Roman ruins of Autun. A6 motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois (15 min).
