Situated in the quaint village of Alporchinhos, this holiday home is a short walk from beautiful beaches, eateries, and a supermarket. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed over two floors. The ground floor houses two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom, while the first floor boasts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite facilities. A terrace on this floor provides stunning ocean vistas.

The interior includes a welcoming living space with leather sofas, a fireplace, and a TV, alongside a dining area leading to the pool terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with access to the barbecue area, and a games room equipped with a pool table, enhance the villa’s appeal.

Amenities such as a private pool, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned bedrooms, satellite TV, a safe, laundry facilities, kitchen appliances, hairdryers, Bluetooth speakers, and table tennis are provided. Local conveniences like a supermarket and diverse restaurants are easily accessible, with several beaches nearby.

Rental includes towels, linen, utility use, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cleaning after departure. A 450 euros security deposit is required. Optional extras available on request include a cot and high chair for 30 euro each per week.
