For greater comfort, the house has air conditioning on the porch, in the upstairs living room and in one of the bedrooms, as well as cold/heat air conditioning, to offer comfort throughout the year. It also has high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for teleworking or enjoying an excellent connection throughout the stay.
