In a peaceful hamlet surrounded by verdant fields and near the forest, this renovated farmhouse offers a haven of tranquility in the Berry region. It is ideally located near the Pellevoisin Sanctuary, the Château d'Argy, and the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. You can also explore the Brenne Regional Natural Park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.

Don't miss: the Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche Animal Park, as well as the Châteaux of Valençay, Bouges, and those along the Loire River. This charming, single-story house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a sofa bed for two. It also has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a second shower room with a toilet.

Outside, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a garden and enclosed courtyard, as well as a garage and parking.
