It is ideally located near the Pellevoisin Sanctuary, the Château d'Argy, and the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. You can also explore the Brenne Regional Park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.

Not to be missed: Beauval Zoo, the Haute-Touche Animal Park, as well as the Châteaux of Valençay, Bouges, and those along the Loire River. This charming single-story house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a sofa bed for two.
