Apartment Argelès-sur-Mer, 2 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-309-545

This lovely, bright apartment is ideally located a 3-minute walk from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the seaside resort, with parking nearby. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court.

The apartment comprises a living room of over 13m² with a double pull-out bed; a kitchen with a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, and a refrigerator-freezer; a bedroom with a double bed; a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm on top and 140cm on the bottom); a shower room with WC; and two balconies.

You can park your car or arrive by train, and everything is within walking distance: supermarket, tobacconist, café, fishmonger, butcher, greengrocer, delicatessen, bike rental (5 minutes away), and restaurants.

From July to August, swimming is supervised by a lifeguard, and swimming lessons are available (at an additional cost).
