53m² apartment on the 2nd floor of the ROCHE NOIRE residence in the Planay area of Arêches-Beaufort, with a lovely sunny terrace, all modern comforts, and a beautiful cathedral-ceilinged living room. This very pleasant apartment is furnished and equipped for 6 to 8 people. It has been decorated in a comfortable contemporary style and is well-equipped.
The fairly spacious entrance (with a closet) leads to a bright living room/kitchen with a high, cathedral-style ceiling opening onto a southeast-facing balcony with direct views of the ski slopes. The living room includes a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV (TNT and Orange channels). Wi-Fi is provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave/grill oven, filter and capsule coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, a hot stone grill, and a dishwasher. One of the two bedrooms is on the ground floor (one queen bed) with a window and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom (with one double bed and two single bunk beds) is upstairs. Also on the mezzanine is a sofa bed (one double) that sleeps two additional people. A cot is also available. A Japanese-style staircase (not staggered) provides access to the upper floor (the mezzanine is partially under 1.80m high). The bathroom, with a walk-in shower and sink, is spacious. There are two separate toilets, one with a hand basin, on each floor. A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry area. The balcony/terrace, furnished with garden furniture, offers lovely views of the sunny south-facing slope and mountains. On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a ski locker and boot locker with a washer/dryer. Parking is available at the foot of the building.
