CHAL36 – Detached 5-room chalet of 100m² located in the heart of the village of Arêches, at the foot of the Grand Mont chairlift and 50m from shops.

Very comfortable chalet, double living room, open-plan kitchen and large southeast-facing terrace, near the Torrent du Poncellamont stream.

1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) – 3 bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm) (duvets) – bathroom – shower room/WC – 2 separate WCs
Amenities: Dishwasher – Washing machine – Oven – Microwave – Wi-Fi – TV – Raclette and fondue set – Filter coffee maker – Nespresso machine (pods) – Fireplace – Ski room – 1 covered parking space under the terrace
