The kitchen is very well-equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 3 toilets. Parking, including 1 covered space under the terrace. Walking distance to the ski slopes and the village. This 2-room studio is rented year-round on the ground floor.

Note: 100 euros extra in winter - Pets not allowed due to allergies. A stream is nearby. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
