Riverside beaches, accessible on foot and by bicycle from La Maison Bleue. Located in the charming village of Arcy-sur-Cure, less than 2 hours from Paris (accessible by train/station in the village), this characterful gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends, exploring Burgundy.

The accommodation consists of two independent houses within a fully enclosed garden with views of the surrounding countryside.

On the ground floor: a welcoming living room with a fully open-plan kitchen and a dining room leading to a veranda-style dining area. A pleasant and very bright space.

On the first floor, the landing leads to a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a shower room with WC. Then, on the second floor, a spacious master suite (180cm bed) awaits you with its own shower room and WC. The washing machine is located in the basement (level -1).
The second building (raised ground floor) offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room and toilet. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with two single beds.
The charm of this unique house is enhanced by its steep staircase, typical of older homes. Extra caution is advised, especially for children or people with reduced mobility.
This all-inclusive holiday rental (bed linen, bath towels, household linen, and end-of-stay cleaning) promises an authentic stay. Parking is available directly in front of the property. Bicycle rental is available in the village for exploring the surrounding area. Secure bicycle storage is available upon request. A baby cot is available upon request.
