Located in the charming village of Arcy-sur-Cure, less than 2 hours from Paris (accessible by train/station in the village), this charming cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends, exploring Burgundy.
The accommodation consists of two independent houses, set within a fully enclosed garden with views of the surrounding countryside.
On the ground floor: a cozy living room with a fully open kitchen and dining room opening onto a veranda-style dining room. A pleasant and very bright setting.
On the first floor, the landing leads to a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a bathroom with WC. Then, on the second floor, a spacious master suite (180cm bed) is available with its own bathroom and WC. The washing machine is located in the cellar (level 1).
The second building (raised ground floor) offers a bedroom with a 160cm bed and an adjoining bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, there's a bedroom under the eaves with two single beds.
The charm of this unusual house is enhanced by steep staircases, typical of old houses. Special care is recommended, especially for children or those with mobility difficulties.
This all-inclusive cottage (bed linen, bath towels, household linen, and end-of-stay cleaning) promises an authentic stay.
Parking is available right in front of the cottage. Bike rentals are available in the village for exploring the surrounding area. Developed riverside beaches are accessible on foot and by bike from the Maison Bleue. Secure bike storage is available upon request. Baby cribs are available upon request.
