This 70 m² cottage features a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a 15 m² sheltered terrace accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, perfect for enjoying meals or reading with unobstructed views. Located near the Grands Murcins forest, with 250 km of marked trails and four orienteering courses, it's an ideal spot for outdoor sports or complete peace and quiet! Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owner. The house, reminiscent of an Austrian chalet, is completely independent on a 7000 m² property of meadows and woods, offering panoramic views across the Roannais plain and the Beaujolais mountains.

At the foot of the Grands Murcins forest, a place for walks, exploration, and observation, you're sure to find an activity to suit you: hiking or mountain biking, orienteering, picking seasonal fruits (mushrooms, chestnuts, walnuts)... There's something for everyone!
