Located in a small condominium, this apartment consists on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, cellar), a living room with sofa bed, television and wifi, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in the hallway, there is a sleeping area ideal for children, with a bunk bed of 90 and possibility of an additional mattress on the floor if 3 children as well as a bathroom with towel dryer. On the upper level, on the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a 160 bed. Each space contains plenty of storage (cupboards, dressers, wardrobe). The apartment is organized as a quiet semi-detached house.
