ARCACHON, WINTER TOWN: SPACIOUS VILLA WITH GARDEN AND TERRACE
Just 260 meters from the Villa Alexandre Dumas, one of the most remarkable villas in the Winter Town, and 400 meters from the Notre-Dame Basilica of Arcachon, this large villa sits on a plot of over 800 m², offering generous living space on two levels that can accommodate up to 12 people.
On the ground floor, a hallway leads to a first north-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) pushed together, and an en-suite shower room with a washing machine and dryer, also accessible from this bedroom. A second north-facing bedroom has two single beds (80 cm) pushed together and a washroom. The spacious living room (TV, sofa bed: sleeps 2) and dining room, facing east, offer a comfortable space for relaxation. A separate toilet is also available. The fully equipped kitchen, with access to the terrace, includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, and stovetop. Upstairs, a landing leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and three additional bedrooms: one facing west with a pull-out bed (two single beds), one facing east with a pull-out bed (two single beds), and another facing north with two single beds pushed together. A terrace surrounded by greenery, accessible from the kitchen, and a large garden with mature trees complete this very well-equipped family villa. Internet/Wi-Fi access is available. Smoking is not permitted inside. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the beaches (700 meters), the town center (950 meters), and a grocery store (550 meters), with easy street parking. Pets are welcome. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Final cleaning is included, after regular maintenance of the property. Rental during the stay. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 1* by Gironde Tourisme in June 2025.
