Ideally located, this studio cabin of approximately 25 m² with an approximately 8 m² balcony is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, a 5-minute walk from the central beach, the casino, and the shopping street.
For easy parking, you have access to a private and secure (narrow) parking lot.
It features an entrance hall with two 90 cm bunk beds, with only the lower bunk.
The living room features a 140 cm "rapid system" sofa that sleeps two, and a TV (no Wi-Fi) opening onto the balcony.
The small, open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, a combination microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A bathroom with a toilet is also available.
All shops are nearby (market, restaurants, boutiques, bike rental), as well as the beach for afternoon swimming or picnics, and bike paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you're arriving by train.
