Comfortable apartment, ideal for a couple, composed of a large entrance (videophone), a living room (Clic Clac 120X190cm - 1 person / 1 relax armchair / TV / no wifi) with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer / small dishwasher / microwave / induction hob / DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker etc ...) and its dining area, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm / closet), a bathroom with toilet (washing machine / towel dryer / hair dryer), a quiet loggia with its furniture and a parking space in the basement.
Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency = 1 pack 140cm (sheets & towels) = € 42 per week. Optional cleaning = €60
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.
