Just 500 meters from Croix des Marins beach, in a villa located in the heart of the charming Winter Town, this bright 60 m² apartment awaits you on the second and top floor (no elevator).
It offers all the necessary comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a mezzanine. From the entrance, a hallway leads to a multi-purpose room, ideal for storage or a crib. The living room, furnished with a corner sofa, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, while the fully equipped kitchen, separated by a modern breakfast bar, includes all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. A hallway leads to a separate toilet with a macerator toilet. The west-facing master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe/closet illuminated by a high window. The bathroom also has a window for natural light. The mezzanine, accessible via a staircase from the living room (be mindful of the ceiling height!), offers a queen-size bed (160 cm) with storage space, lit by skylights. Enjoy unobstructed views of the greenery and the Arcachon Basin from the north-facing windows in the kitchen and living room. To access the apartment, you will need to climb approximately fifty steps from the residence's garden. The decor is modern and minimalist, and the apartment is very well-equipped.
