On the first floor of a secure 1980s building with an elevator, discover this spacious 62 sq m (667 sq ft) one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and parking space.

Upon entering, you'll be charmed by the large entrance hall offering ample storage, including shelves and a wardrobe. It leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a conventional oven, a range hood, and a four-burner halogen cooktop, all in a separate compartment. The south-facing bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe. There is a separate toilet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The spacious living room, equipped with a television, a double sofa bed (140 cm), armchairs, and a north-facing dining area, offers access to the balcony.

The balcony (accessed via a step), measuring just under 9 m², also faces north and is furnished, offering a lovely view of the port and the Arcachon Basin.
