Arcachon / Spring Town - Very close to the beach (just across the street), a 10-minute walk from the town center, this BEAUTIFUL 32m² STUDIO offers all the comforts you could wish for a wonderful seaside holiday, whether as a couple or a couple with a child.
It comprises an entrance hall, a shower room with WC, a large living room (sofa bed 90x190cm + fold-down bed 140x190cm) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. A large south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture completes the apartment.
During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room.
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: for example, a 140cm bed linen and towel set is €42/week.
