Located on the top (3rd) floor of a secure, upscale building with an elevator, this approximately 80 sq m apartment offers a pleasant living environment. It comprises two bedrooms, two terraces, and a parking space.

From the entrance, a hallway leads to a separate toilet with a washbasin. The first bedroom, facing south, is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and provides access to the south-facing terrace. The second bedroom, also south-facing, has two single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together (converted into a king-size bed (180 cm)), a wardrobe, and access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The separate, fully equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso & Tassimo coffee machines) offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious, north-facing living room includes a television, armchairs, a double sofa bed (140 cm), and opens onto the north-facing terrace with its pleasant views, particularly of the Arcachon Basin. Both terraces are furnished, and the south-facing terrace is equipped with an electric awning. This bright and spacious apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. An underground parking space is also available. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee, ranging from €50 to €300 depending on the length of your stay.
