Apartment offering all the comfort sought for a great vacation on the bay: an entrance, a living room (sofa bed 140X190cm / new electric roller shutters) with a fully equipped kitchen on a south-east facing terrace, a bedroom (2 beds of 80X190cm side by side), a bathroom, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm). Secure individual parking and communal swimming pool = July & August (11X6X1.60m). Collective outdoor bicycle rack.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€/week.
Optional cleaning fee = 70€.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €15/day.
