The north-facing bedroom offers panoramic views of the bay, two single beds (90 cm), closets, and direct access to the balcony. The living room features a dining area, a double sofa bed (140 cm), and a television. Also enjoy direct access to the balcony offering an exceptional 180° view of the bay. The approximately 10 m² balcony is furnished to fully enjoy the setting overlooking the bay. The bedroom features parquet flooring, while the living room walls are covered in stretched canvas. The shutters are electric. Although modest, with old-fashioned and outdated features, this apartment offers an exceptional location and view! You also benefit from direct access to the beach from the residence, as well as a private parking space. Please note that pets are not allowed and white linens are not provided.
