Located on the 2nd floor of a charming seaside residence with direct beach access, this one-bedroom apartment offers magnificent views of the garden from the living room and of the Arcachon Bay from the west-facing balcony.
Upon entering, you will find a closet/wardrobe leading to a west-facing bedroom furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine. The bright living room, facing south and west, is furnished with a double sofa bed, a large television, and a dining area, with access to the south-facing balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a four-burner gas stove. The large, south- and west-facing balcony, approximately 18 m², is furnished for your comfort. A designated outdoor parking space is also provided. The residence is secure and equipped with an elevator, ensuring a peaceful stay.
