The kitchenette, including a refrigerator, two induction hobs, a washing machine, a range hood, and a combination microwave/oven, meets your daily needs. The east-facing bedroom, overlooking the exterior walkway leading to the apartment, is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. The quiet, furnished terrace offers a private relaxation area with direct access to the above-ground parking space.
