This bright, dual-aspect, 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building between the Casino and the train station, offers a comfortable and convenient living space.
Upon entering, a closet provides storage for your belongings. A separate toilet adds to your convenience. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed (140 cm), opens onto an east-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, small refrigerator and freezer, two-burner ceramic cooktop, and microwave, also opens onto the east-facing balcony. The bathroom, with a bidet, ensures your everyday comfort. The living room, featuring a double sofa bed (140 cm), a television, and a dining area, opens onto a west-facing balcony. The second bedroom, with two single beds (90 cm), also offers access to the west-facing balcony.
A designated parking space is available for a small vehicle (the space is very narrow). The apartment is equipped with an internet/Wi-Fi box. Amenities such as beaches and shops are within easy walking distance.
