In a small, beachfront residence with an elevator, discover this one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor, offering a private parking space.
Upon arrival, you will find an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, leading to a shower room with a walk-in shower (accessible by a step). You will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 cm), a television, a chest of drawers, and access to the balcony. The toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, small refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine) is separate and includes a dining area and a window. The living room features a sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest, a television, and also provides access to the balcony.

The balcony, furnished with furniture and an awning, offers magnificent views of the beach and the bay. The apartment is fully carpeted. The furnishings and equipment are dated but functional.
