Located in a quiet, leafy residential area, this one-bedroom apartment of approximately 38 m² features a pleasant terrace and a private parking space. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The entrance, equipped with a wardrobe, leads to a northwest-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and built-in storage. The living area, bright thanks to its dual southwest and northwest exposure, comprises a lounge area with a television, internet/Wi-Fi connection, and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), as well as a comfortable dining area. The kitchen, open to the living room via a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, combination oven/dishwasher with a three-burner ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, and Nespresso machine. A shower room with WC completes the apartment.
The entrance hall, equipped with a wardrobe, a sofa bed, and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) are also included. Outside, a lovely covered wooden terrace of approximately 13 m², furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, offers a pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. A designated parking space is also available.
The location is ideal: peaceful yet close to amenities, with the nearest shops (grocery stores, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconist) just 200 meters away, the beach less than five minutes by car, and Arcachon town center about 3 kilometers away.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented through our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Final cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is left in a normal and regular state of repair during your stay.
