Located in the sought-after Pereire district, just 170 meters from the beach, this approximately 48 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a well-maintained building, set back from the waterfront. It features a continuous balcony with unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery, as well as a private parking space. Comfortable and functional, it can accommodate up to four people for a stay just steps from the bay.
The entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, three-burner induction cooktop, and range hood, opening onto a pleasant dining area. The sleeping area comprises a north-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, while the living room, equipped with a television and a sofa bed (140 cm), opens onto an alcove with ample storage, including a washing machine, and leads to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The dining room, bedroom, and living room all have direct access to a large, north-facing balcony of approximately 13 m², offering a peaceful and unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. Recently renovated, the apartment is fully equipped and designed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi/Internet access is included.
A Carrefour Market supermarket and a newsagent/tobacconist are located approximately 600 meters away, while the municipal market is a nine-minute bike ride away via the cycle path at the foot of the building, or about a twenty-minute walk.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is kept in normal condition during the rental period. This furnished tourist accommodation was awarded 3 stars by Gironde Tourisme in February 2026.
