Located on the outskirts of Arcachon, this two-story, four-room house (T4) offers approximately 110 m² of living space.
There is no parking space, but street parking is free.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a lounge area, TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, stove (hob/oven), and microwave. It opens onto a terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. There is also a small shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area with a bedroom featuring a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. A second bedroom has a single bed (90 cm), suitable for a child. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and blackout curtains (no shutters in this last bedroom). There is also a bathroom.
For families or groups of friends, this house is ideal for a pleasant stay on the Arcachon Bay. On foot or by bike, the town center is just a few hundred meters from your rental.
