Upon entering, you will find a sleeping alcove with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed) and a shower room with toilet. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen (including a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner induction cooktop, a range hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a Senseo coffee machine) and a lounge area with a swivel TV and a double sofa bed. An 8 m² west-facing loggia, furnished with outdoor furniture, invites you to dine and relax in peace and quiet. Its windows allow you to enjoy it whatever the weather.
The apartment, recently and tastefully renovated, features a clean, contemporary design and ample storage. It is equipped with internet and Wi-Fi. Parking is readily available on the surrounding streets. Its location is ideal: the beach is just down the street (350 m), a Carrefour Market is only 170 m away, and the local market is a 10-12 minute walk.
Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional). Final cleaning is also included (following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during your stay).
