Located on the 5th floor of a 6-story, secure building with an elevator, this 2-bedroom apartment (approximately 52 sq m) sleeps 4 and boasts an ideal location opposite the Marins pier and the beach.
An entrance hall with a closet and washing machine leads to a separate toilet with a sink and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom, facing northwest, offers a superb view of the bay, a double bed (140 cm), built-in storage, and direct access to the terrace. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, conventional and microwave ovens, induction cooktop, range hood, and Nespresso machine) opening onto a comfortable living room with a sofa and television. The dining area, separated by a breakfast bar, opens onto a balcony. The former loggia, now a second bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm), is bathed in light thanks to a large west-facing bay window offering a lovely view of the town and the bay. The terrace boasts panoramic views of the Arcachon Bay and the magnificent seafront villas, ideal for enjoying sunny days and al fresco dining. The tastefully decorated apartment is both functional and welcoming. It includes a parking space in the basement and internet/Wi-Fi access. The beach is right at the foot of the building, a supermarket (Carrefour Market) is 30 meters away, and Arcachon town center is just a 10-minute walk. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and end-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the apartment is regularly maintained during the rental period. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 3*** by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
