ARCACHON TOWN CENTRE, BEAUTIFUL 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH LOGGIA AND PARKING 400M FROM THE BEACH!

Located on the first floor of a charming residence with an elevator, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment (approximately 80 sq m) offers excellent comfort in a setting with typical Arcachon architecture. Ideal for up to 4 people, it features a pleasant loggia and a dedicated parking space.
Upon entering, a small entrance hall with a closet/wardrobe leads to a large, fully equipped, separate kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens onto the loggia. The air-conditioned living and dining room, facing south, also provide access to the loggia. A hallway leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, a shower room with a shower cubicle, and a south-facing master suite comprising a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. A second south-facing bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm) and offers storage space.
The approximately 10 m² south-facing loggia, overlooking Cours Desbiey, is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. This bright, easy-to-maintain apartment (tiled flooring) is well laid out, spacious, and very well-equipped, including internet/Wi-Fi. Its location is ideal, with all amenities within walking distance: a bakery 140 meters away, the Parc Mauresque 200 meters away, the beach 400 meters away, and the municipal market 300 meters away. A designated parking space is available on the ground floor of the residence's secure parking area. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (from €50 to €300 depending on the length of stay). This furnished tourist accommodation is rated 3 stars by Gironde Tourisme in June 2025.
