A bright apartment (3rd floor with elevator), close to shops, the beach, the town center, a park, and with easy access to the train station.

- A spacious and bright living room opening onto a 6 m² south-facing balcony with a TV/Wi-Fi box and Orange TV channels. A new sofa bed (140 x 190 cm, sleeps 2). Two armchairs. A dining table with 6 chairs.
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: ceramic hob, extractor hood, catalytic electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor (blender, mixer)...
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture (1 table and 4 chairs).
On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area comprises:
- 1 master bedroom: 160 x 200 cm bed with 2 bedside tables, dressing room, electric skylight with electric blinds.
- 1 bedroom: 2 x 90 x 200 cm beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, window with blackout curtains.
- 1 bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, towel warmer, and toilet.
Covered and secure parking space no. 14. Shared and secure bicycle storage.
Linen is not provided, but can be rented through the agency ([hidden], a pack of 160 sheets and towels for €42 per week).
Optional cleaning fee: €70.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15 per day.
