- A small entrance, a fitted kitchen which opens onto the terrace with a high table and 2 stools
- A living room which opens onto the terrace and the garden: convertible sofa (sleeps 2 people), 2 bedside tables, 1 table with extensions and 4 chairs, no TV, large closet, shelf and wardrobe.
- A bathroom: Italian shower, 1 vanity sink (no hair dryer) and 1 WC
