In the heart of the city center and its shops, 400m from the beach and close to Arcachon train station, contemporary T3 of 45m2, on the ground floor of a small town house, composed of: an entrance, a bedroom (2 beds of 90X190cm), a living room (TV / WIFI) with a fully equipped open kitchen and its dining area, a bedroom (bed 140X200cm / TV) on a small terrace overlooking a shared courtyard facing west, a bathroom with toilet (washing machine).
Everything on foot, ideal for spending a great holiday in Arcachon.
Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency: 1 pack 140 (sheets + towels) = 42€/week, 1 pack 90 (sheets + towels) 32€/week.
Optional cleaning package = €70
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €15/day.
