Completely renovated, it features a pleasant south-facing balcony of approximately 8 m², perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. While there is no parking, everything is within easy walking distance. This apartment is ideal if you're arriving by train to explore the Arcachon Bay area.
The living area includes a 160 cm Murphy bed (sleeping two), a TV, and Wi-Fi for added comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, multi-function microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Nespresso machine.
