Ideally located, this small one-bedroom apartment (approximately 39 m²) is on the ground floor of a residence (there are a few steps to access the apartment) close to all the amenities of Arcachon.

For your convenience, you have access to a private and secure parking area.

The living room features a sofa bed that sleeps two, a TV (this apartment does not have Wi-Fi), and a small dining area, opening onto a terrace with a small garden for enjoying meals outdoors.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Nespresso machine.

After a day exploring our beautiful town of Arcachon, you can relax in the bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a TV, and storage space, also opening onto the terrace. There is a bathroom with a toilet and washing machine.

A storage room at the back of the garden is available for storing your bicycles. You're close to all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches for picnics and afternoon swims on our beautiful days. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family or friends.
