In the Abatilles district, near the Arcachon golf course, this 65 sq m (approx.) 2-bedroom (T3) "Landes-style" house is surrounded by a large garden.

You can park your vehicle(s) in the garden.

The living room has a TV (the property does not have Wi-Fi) and a dining area. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people. There is a separate WC. A second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people and a single bunk bed (90 cm). A shower room is located between the two bedrooms.

Outdoors, you can enjoy two terraces, perfect for sharing meals with family and friends, and a barbecue.

Pets are welcome.

You are halfway between the town centers of Arcachon and La Teste-de-Buch, where you'll find shops and restaurants. And just a few minutes' drive from the Moulleau district and Pyla-sur-Mer, where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants at sunset.
