Small studio apartment (approximately 27 m²) on the ground floor of a residence located in the Port de Plaisance district of Arcachon. The residence has a swimming pool (open only in July and August).

For your convenience, you have access to a private and secure parking area.

The living room has two sofa beds, each sleeping two people, a small dining area, and a TV (the apartment does not have Wi-Fi). It opens onto a loggia/veranda.

There is a small open-plan kitchen equipped with a stovetop, a small refrigerator, and a microwave/grill.

The bathroom has a toilet.

Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as all the amenities – bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy… The beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, sailing club, boat rental… A sunny vacation awaits!

End-of-stay cleaning included.
