Ideally located, this one-bedroom apartment (approximately 32 m²) is on the ground floor of a residence, offering direct access to Eyrac Beach. A covered terrace and a small garden provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining with family and friends.
You'll enjoy a partial side view of the Arcachon Basin.
For convenient parking, you have access to a private and secure underground car park.
The living area features a sofa bed (140 cm) for two people, a TV, and Wi-Fi. A small dining area opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, and multi-function microwave. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), providing two additional sleeping spaces, allowing you to relax after a day exploring our beautiful town. A bathroom with a toilet completes the apartment. You're just 300 meters from the beach, perfect for picnics or afternoon swims, and 500 meters from the town center, offering easy access to shops for those who love to shop, as well as numerous restaurants. Several local shops are also within easy reach.
