Ideally located in a quiet area, close to the beach and Arcachon town center, this small one-bedroom apartment (approximately 28 m²) is on the second floor of a building with an elevator.

For your convenience, you have access to a private and secure parking lot.
The living room includes a TV (this apartment does not have Wi-Fi) and a small dining area, opening onto a balcony for al fresco dining.
There is a small, equipped kitchen with a two-burner cooktop, a small refrigerator, and a microwave.
The bedroom has a single bed (125 cm) and there is a bathroom with a toilet.
You are less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops.
All amenities are within a 5-minute walk (market, restaurants, boutiques, bike rentals), as well as the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and bike paths for outings with family or friends. A sunny vacation awaits!
End-of-stay cleaning is included. ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Bed linen: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week. High chair/baby cot: €10/week. Wi-Fi hotspot: €39/week.
