In a quiet neighborhood between Ville d'Hiver and Pereire, this charming two-bedroom house (approximately 70 m²) is air-conditioned and features a large terrace perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with family and friends, complete with a griddle. The living room includes a TV (no Wi-Fi) and a sofa bed (140 cm) that sleeps two. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and Nespresso machine. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room with a separate toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed (140 cm) and sleeps two. A travel cot and high chair are available. The washing machine is located in the garage, where you can also store your bicycles. Free street parking is available; there is no private parking space. Pereire Beach is the closest beach to you for enjoying the Arcachon Bay. Plan your afternoons swimming and evenings picnicking. Don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family or friends.
