Ideally located, this pleasant one-bedroom apartment (approximately 50 sq m) is on the second floor of a building with an elevator.

For your convenience, you have access to a private parking space.

The living room opens onto a balcony and features a sofa bed for two, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, four-burner gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave, and also opens onto the balcony.

The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

All amenities are nearby (market, restaurants, shops, bike rentals), as well as the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and cycle paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also close by, ideal if you are arriving by train. A sunny holiday awaits!

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
