Small two-bedroom house of approximately 75 m² with a small back courtyard, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with family and friends.

Located in the Aiguillon district, food lovers can enjoy the oyster huts or take a bike ride along the port.
Free street parking is available.

The living room features a lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area.

An open-plan kitchen equipped with a stove (gas hob and oven), fridge/freezer, and microwave opens onto the courtyard.

The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single folding bed (80 cm).

A bathroom with a washing machine. A separate toilet. A storage room/dressing room.

The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm). Your location will allow you to enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as all the amenities – bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy… Its beach, bike path, water taxis for excursions, diving club, jet ski club, sailing club, boat rental… A sunny vacation awaits!
